Policy Statement
MyTruDate will not tolerate or condone any User engaging in the act of buying sex, soliciting sexual services for money, soliciting sexual services for favors or under duress, or procuring commercial sexual acts of any kind, sexual exploitation, sextortion, sexual abuse, and/or engaging in any form of human trafficking or slavery anywhere on our Platform.
This policy is consistent with federal law which prohibits dating apps from promoting, facilitating or allowing advertising for sex work on their platforms.
Action Taken
Violation of this zero tolerance policy shall result in a User’s permanent removal from the MyTruDate Platform. When required by law, MyTruDate shall also cooperate with any criminal prosecutions or investigations into any User’s alleged conduct involving commercial sex transactions on our Platform.
